But seek first his kingdom and his righteousness, and all these things will be given to you as well. Matthew 6:30

Where do you work?

Gospel Trick Shot work includes outreach around the world as we have had 50 international trips to over 30 countries. In the USA we have done over 1,000 outreaches in the past 25 years to various venues including summer camps, parks, churches, community centers, schools, and major billiard events.

Describe what you do.

We use creative billiard trick shots on a pool table to illustrate and share the Gospel message.

Why did you choose your ministry? What led you to that ministry?

I spent 17 years as a professional pool player before retiring and becoming a college professor. Then the Lord called me to pick up my cue stick again and share the Gospel.

When did you make the decision to serve in missions - how old were you?

The call to do Gospel Trick Shot came in 1996 at the age of 45 and I became a missionary in year 2000 at 49 years old!

Why did you decide on serving in this way? Why missions?

My parents were missionaries with SOWERS (Servants on Wheels Ever Ready to Serve) and they inspired and encouraged me to use my gifts and talents for the Lord!

Have you had other occupations?

I served 24 years until 2016 as a college professor of Computer Science and English at William Paterson and Kean Universities.

Hobbies or other interests?

My hobbies and interests include all sports, reading about History, and traveling the World to better understand various cultures! I am also involved in cross-cultural and interracial groups in the City of Paterson. I also enjoy writing and am the author of two books, "But You Must!" and "What's That In Your Hand?" and write Christian articles monthly for national billiard magazines.

Your favorite sport? Favorite team?

My favorite sport outside of pool and billiards is baseball as I played in high school and semi-pro baseball in North Jersey. I am a loyal New York Mets fan and an admirer of the New York Yankees!!
